Scanner Troubleshooting

Although the stream says it is online, it is possible that there is still a problem with the stream. The stream may not play or the stream could play with only silence heard. Try a different stream before assuming the problem is on your end.

Several media players will work with the streams, however, they have only been tested by us with Windows Media Player 11. If you feel that you do not have a supported media player, you can download WMP 11 here.
